              <strong>Step 1</strong><br />Whizz up the banana, egg, egg whites,
              protein powder and flaxseed in a liquidiser until smooth. If the
              mixture is a little thick, add a splash of water. Pour into a bowl
              and stir in most of the chocolate chips.

              <strong>Step 2</strong><br />Melt the coconut oil in a frying pan
              and fry large spoonfuls of the batter for 1 minute, then flip and
              cook for a further 30 seconds. Repeat with the remaining batter
              then stack up, top with the yoghurt and scatter over the remaining
              chocolate chips.
