¼ cup white sugar
4 cups milk
1 cup sultanas
1 ½ teaspoon bicarb soda
cream for serving
Place all ingredients in a 1 ½ litre casserole dish with lid and stir to mix bicarb soda through.
Bake at 150c for 2-3 hours
serve with cream
