Slice:
220g Mars Bar chocolates
3 cups of Rice Bubbles cereal
90g butter
Topping:
200g milk chocolate
30g butter
Mars Bar Slice:
1. Melt 90g butter and Mars Bars in a saucepan over low
heat until smooth.
2. Stir in rice bubbles and transfer
mixture into a slice tray.
Topping:
3. In a heatproof bowl, melt 200g milk chocolate and 30g
butter over low heat using a double boiler.
4. Once melted,
spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the slice in the tray.
5.
Chill in the fridge until firm.
