300g silken tofu
40g cocoa powder
50g peanut butter
30-60g maple syrup (adjust to taste)
125ml protein-fortified soy milk or dairy milk
30g chia seeds
1. Place tofu, cocoa powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, and milk
into a food processor
2. Process until smooth
3. Add
chia seeds and stir through
4. Let sit for 5 minutes

Stir again
6. Pour pudding equally between two jars

Put lids on jars
8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or
overnight to thicken
Can be topped with 100g Greek yoghurt to increase protein content to 32g per serving.
