Ingredients

+ 1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded +

+ 4–5 radishes, thinly sliced or julienned +

+ 1 apple granny smith apple julienned +

+

+ 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice +

+

+ 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil +

+

+ 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or white wine + vinegar) +

+

+ 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional for + sweetness) +

+

+ Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste +

+ 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped +

Directions
