+ High Protein Chocolate Chia Pudding +

Ingredients

+ 300g silken tofu +

+ 40g cocoa powder +

+

+ 50g peanut butter +

+

+ 30-60g maple syrup (adjust to taste) +

+ 125ml protein-fortified soy milk or dairy milk +

+ 30g chia seeds +

Directions

+ 1. Place tofu, cocoa powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, and milk + into a food processor
2. Process until smooth
3. Add + chia seeds and stir through
4. Let sit for 5 minutes

6. Pour pudding equally between two jars
7. + Put lids on jars
8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or + overnight to thicken +
