Broccoli and kale pasta

Ingredients

+ 80g dried tagliatelle or spaghetti +

+ 85g broccoli florets +

+

+ 85g kale or cavolo nero, leaves +

+

+ 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed +

+ 40g cottage cheese +

+

+ 15g parmesan or hard cheese, finely grated +

Directions

+ Step 1
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil, add the + pasta and cook according to the packet instructions. Meanwhile + cook the broccoli, kale and garlic in a separate pan of water for + 5 minutes until the broccoli is soft. Drain the vegetables, + keeping some of the cooking water, then put into a liquidiser with + the cottage cheese. Blend to a smooth purée, loosening with a + little of the reserved cooking water if needed.
